On the 24th of May 2023, construction commenced on a new temperature-controlled warehouse that will include ancillary offices, storage areas, and staff facilities. The project also incorporates an ESB substation, solar photovoltaic (PV) panels, and a dedicated loading area with associated dock levellers.

The site will feature both hard and soft landscaping, boundary treatments, and a newly constructed vehicular entrance with an access-controlled gate. The design provides for ample car parking, bicycle parking, HGV (heavy goods vehicle) parking spaces, and trailer parking spaces. Additionally, there will be on-site lighting, signage, and other essential site development works to support the facility’s operation.
